4. Appearance: Free flowing white and yellow stringy powder, unclotting
5. Absorbing Properties: High hydrophilic macromoleculle
6. Solublility: Freely soluble in cold or hot water and glycerin
7. Membrane: Can be made into membrane of high toughness and flexibility under certain humidity
8. Microorganism degradation: The water soluble cellulose gets microorganism easily. In solid-state, CMC shouldn't effect its microproperty
9. Toxicological property: It has been recognized by GRAS and, after checking and evaluating its safes property as food additive
10. Rheological property: CMC water-solubility sign is liner super polymer with typical rheological nature and thixotropic property
